Yes. Each unit is individually inspected, including power function, keyboard input, and display condition, before packing and export.
We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. However, we do not export to destinations subject to international economic sanctions or export restrictions, including but not limited to North Korea and Russia. Orders to restricted regions cannot be accepted in compliance with international trade regulations.
Yes. We prioritize clean cosmetic condition. Most lots consist of Grade A and Grade B units unless otherwise specified.
Yes. Shipments comply with international battery transport regulations (UN3481), and units are packed accordingly for air transport.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation. In some cases, preparation may take up to 2 weeks depending on order size and inspection workload.
